Moventify AI

Case study

DewDropHues · The Kyārī Collective

Our client imagined The Kyārī Collective as a curated world on Shopify. We helped bring it to life with MomentumAI on structured theme work and the GitHub-to-Shopify discipline you want on a live store.

Real project. Real process. Releases we stood behind.

The challenge

Our client needed more than a static page. They wanted an editorial front door for The Kyārī Collective: clear collection entry points, warm storytelling, and a bespoke path for shoppers who do not fit a single bundle, all without gambling their live theme.

What we built

A cohesive Kyārī Collective experience on Shopify with curated edits (Bed & Bath, Living, Spring), guided journeys into each edit, and a structured bespoke inquiry flow so our client can respond to custom mixes with intention, not chaos.

This was not decoration-only work.

  • Curated entry points into three edits (Bed & Bath, Living, Spring)
  • Editorial storytelling aligned with our client's voice and craft
  • A bespoke inquiry path for custom mixes and personal curation
  • Brand-aligned layout and rhythm across sections
  • Structured GitHub-based release discipline before anything went live

How we built it

We scoped the experience in plain language, implemented on isolated theme branches, and used MomentumAI on structured Liquid and layout work while humans reviewed merges, previews, and launch readiness. No surprises on production.

How we ship safely

A GitHub-first rhythm so founders can trust what hits their live theme. Plain language, clear checkpoints.

  1. 1

Production theme tracked in GitHub main

Your live theme has a source-of-truth branch so we always know what customers see today.

  2. 2

    Develop branch created for integration

New work lands here first so nothing experimental touches main until it is ready.

  3. 3

    Feature branch created from develop

Each feature or page gets its own branch. Changes stay small, reviewable, and reversible.

  4. 4

MomentumAI-assisted implementation on the feature branch

Structured theme work moves faster with MomentumAI on repeatable tasks. Humans still steer scope, taste, and final structure.

  5. 5

Thorough review and merge into develop

We read the diff like a founder would: layout, copy, links, and edge cases before anything combines with other work.

  6. 6

Develop connected to Shopify for testing

You preview in a real Shopify context, not just on a laptop. Cart paths, sections, and mobile all get an honest look.

  7. 7

Once validated, develop merged into main

When you are satisfied, we promote to main and align production. That is the moment your customers meet the new experience.

You do not need to live in GitHub to benefit from this. You get previews, plain-language checkpoints, and a clear moment when work graduates to production.

Why it matters

Founders who sell craft and trust need a storefront that feels as considered as the product. This build shows that custom Shopify work can be beautiful, personal, and still shipped with adult supervision.
