1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Moventify for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it and that “you” includes that business or organization.
2. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method, keeping account information accurate, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses access controls or misrepresents who is acting for the business.
3. The pilot service
Moventify is an evolving operating workspace for independent businesses. Pilot features, allowances, interfaces, and integrations may change as we learn from owners. We may improve, limit, or discontinue a feature, and we will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects continued use of confirmed business records.
4. Your business information
You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide. You give Moventify a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the information you submit.

5. Inventory, sales, and payment labels
Moventify records operational information that you review and confirm. You are responsible for checking product matches, quantities, prices, discounts, unit costs, market transactions, reconciliation decisions, and reports before relying on them.
Payment-method fields are recordkeeping labels only. Moventify does not currently collect, hold, transfer, or settle customer funds and does not store payment credentials. Do not enter customer personal information, card details, bank information, or other payment credentials into free-text fields.
6. Cogitate and generated content
Cogitate and other AI-assisted features can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable results. Generated drafts and guidance are informational starting points, not autonomous decisions or professional accounting, tax, legal, medical, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing a result and deciding whether and how to use it.
7. Acceptable use
Use Moventify lawfully and only for information you are authorized to handle. You may not attempt to access another business’s workspace; bypass security, plan, or usage controls; introduce malicious code; disrupt the service; scrape or probe it without permission; impersonate another person or business; or use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, or other rights.
8. Third-party services and public sources
Moventify relies on service providers for authentication, hosting, database infrastructure, communications, and requested AI processing. Some features may also retrieve public websites at your request or link to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies, and Moventify is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
9. Plans, pilots, and future paid services
Access may be provided through a plan, trial, pilot, or temporary promotional entitlement with stated limits or an end date. We will disclose price, renewal, cancellation, and material usage terms before charging you for a paid subscription. We will not convert a pilot into a paid subscription without your authorization.
10. Moventify materials and feedback
Moventify and its software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and other service materials are owned by Moventify or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not identify your business publicly without permission.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Moventify at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, nonpayment of an applicable paid plan, or harm to the service or other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Service limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moventify is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular business outcome, or that generated content will be accurate or complete. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moventify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Moventify’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Moventify during the 12 months before the claim or $100. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.
13. Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these Terms as Moventify develops. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
